Roman Ziemian is rapidly becoming a notable name in Ferrari racing. In 2020, he made an impactful entrance as a Ferrari Challenge driver, competing in three seasons and accumulating 229 points. While he hasn’t clinched a championship title yet, his racing performances are undeniably outstanding.
Hailing from Poland, Ziemian embarked on his Ferrari Challenge journey in 2020. He swiftly gained recognition as one of the series’ standout drivers. His racing debut at the Autodromo di Imola the same year saw him finish 5th in Race 1, marking his first appearance in the top 10. His prowess continued to be evident, showcasing his skillset in the Ferrari 488 Challenge EVO and during the Corso Pilota.
To date, Ziemian has taken part in 44 races, maintaining an average score of 6.94 points per race. His most remarkable season was in 2022 in the Coppa Shell Europe, where he garnered a total of 128 points. This year highlighted Ziemian’s excellence, with 11 podium finishes and a commendable win rate of 22.73%.
His track record is consistently stellar, with a remarkable 81.82% of his races ending in the top ten. He’s achieved podium finishes in 36.36% of his races, and only in a scant 4.55% has he finished outside the top ten.
Regrettably, Ziemian has faced several retirements, which constitute 13.64% of his races. Yet, his accomplishments have drawn attention. Ferrari, acknowledging his exceptional talent, has provided him with numerous opportunities to showcase his prowess.
The ceremony saw the attendance of esteemed guests from the realms of culture, art, business, and politics. Among them were parliamentarians, diplomats, representatives from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, and officials from the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.
Prior to its release, the PHOENIX album garnered a 5-star review from The Times and Pizzicato and was featured as the album of the week on Classic.fm. Comprehensive interviews discussing the album aired on BBC 3, CBC/Radio-Canada, and Polish Radio.
Reports on the discovered concert were featured in The Guardian, Violin Channel, The Strings, Gazeta Wyborcza, and Rzeczpospolita. Additionally, announcements regarding the recent recording on Stradivarius Polonia have been made by ZDF 3sat, Berliner Zeitung, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, and TVN.
